So, I went to the gym twice today. Now, before you start thinking I've turned into a gym rat (lol) or something like that, I only went back the second time because I was grumpy the first try, then after 30 minutes of fighting the treadmill, which wouldn't let me use a manual setting, I gave up and came home.
I had planned on 45 minutes on the treadmill, so I went back later this afternoon and did another 20 minutes on the elliptical trainer. Now my legs are like stone and I can tell they will be sore tomorrow.
My goal for the month of January is to go work out a minimum of three times a week for at least a half an hour each time.
