I am going to attempt to have more Canadian places as the POTD starting with this one. This is in Ontario, Canada. Name the town.
On this day in 1957 National Research Unit reactor starts operation at Chalk River; one of world's most advanced nuclear reactors.
Just a coincidence but yesterday's and todays POTD were both linked to events that happened in 1957.
