On the 65th anniversary of D-Day I thought it would be a good time to share these pictures I took last year in Brittany, not far from the Normandy landing. These are German bunkers on the beach in Brittany, or what is left of them. Some were quite high up overlooking the beach and it was easy to see what a nightmare the allies faced in Normandy.
